CARRIER OPTIONS We use reliable and established shipping industry leaders UPS and USPS to ensure efficient, safe, secure, promised and timely delivery of your items. We will ship using the carrier that is best suited for the situation and you choose during checkout SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES It may take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday and excluding national holidays) for your orders to process.
All Airmail orders will be shipped by ups on next business day. All Perishable Items: Requires Next day Overnight or 2nd day shipping thru UPS. Any order that contains a perishable item will be shipped using Overnight service. Combined orders: If your order combines perishable and non-perishable items the entire order will be automatically classified as perishable and will ship by UPS air mail, SO PLEASE ORDER SEPARATLY for THE PERISHABLE ITEMS.
No perishable items to be shipped by USPS. All USPS delivery will be by Priority mail. SHIPPING RATES Please choose the correct shipping- and-handling at Checkout. The Checkout will appropriately calculate the shipping-and-handling charges for that carrier. After you add items to your online shopping cart, continue the checkout process by entering your shipping address (zip code) to receive a shipping quote based on the total weight of all items in your cart.
Each shipping quote will be unique to the products in your cart and the shipping address entered. Please note all shipping charges by UPS for the first pound seems a bit higher, which is the base charge, and it adds only 5-10% for each additional weight. We suggest customers to order few more items per order, to save in shipping cost per transaction (not required for shipping orders).
HANDLING FEES We accept all orders from our customers, both large and small, however a typical Handling fee includes packing materials, carrier fee and handling costs. SATURDAY DELIVERY FEE Available for next day ups air mail delivery an additional $15 fee if the order to be shipped on Friday ( additional confirmation by e mail is required), Return Policy No returns, exchange or credit for any perishable items.
Should any product fail to meet your expectations (make sure you inspect the contents as soon as they arrive), we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange of that product you are not satisfied with. Contact us by e mail or by calling 212 685 3451 within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Unopened and unused products could be returned to us within 15 days from the invoice date.
We will only refund the retail value of the returned merchandise, and you will need to pay for the return shipping. If we have shipped the wrong item, we may ask you to return the item, and will pay for the return shipping and will replace with the correct item.
We will not accept returns that have not been authorized. Refused/ Returned delivery If you refuse any delivery we will only give credit for the returned items, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to us because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the product / products you have ordered is not available, we will send you e mail, if the item can be replaced with any similar product, then we will mail similar product with your prior approval. We will ship the rest of your order (if any) and give you the credit for non shipped items.
Damaged Items (for UPS delivery only): We carefully package each order to ensure your items arrive safely. If an item should happen to get damaged while delivered, please contact us right away so we can file a claim with UPS and we will replace or refund for the damaged item.
