This Pure concentrate of Tamarind, is from the fruit of a tropical evergreen tree. Also called ‘Tamarind Paste’.
Use tamarind concentrate to add a sweet-tart, almost citrus flavor to Middle Eastern, Thai and Indian dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Tamarind Fruit, Water and Citric Acid.
Uses: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Tamarind Concentrate in 2 tablespoons of warm water or add the concentrate direct to the dish.
To make juice : 1tbsp Tamarind concentrate to ¼ cup water.
