Ingredients: Lemon Verbena, Ceylon Tea, Sage, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Calendula, Lemon grass, Jasmine Buds, Corn Flower, Rose Petals, Ginger, Green cardamom, Anise Seeds, Cinnamon, Mace.
To Make Tea : In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (190/205 ºF ), cover and steep for 2/3 minutes. strain, stir in honey and drink 1/2 times a day.
