Recipe to make Nepalese Bhatmas salad:
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat and pan fry 1 cup cleaned and rinsed Brown Bhatmas until soft and tender. Put them in a large bowl. Mix in 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic cloves, 1 sliced green chili, 1 tsp crushed
Timur peppercorn, 1 tsp red chili powder and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, let sit for hour before serving.
