Chesapeake Bay Seasoning is great sprinkled on any type of whitefish, shellfish or shrimp.
¼-1/2 tsp per pound of large steamed shrimp/ prawns.
Sea salt, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Dry Mustard powder, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Allspice, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cinnamon.
One lb. of crab meat, a half cup of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, a quarter cup mayonnaise, a tsp Chesapeake Bay seasoning, a half tsp. white pepper, 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp. dry mustard mixed together will make six crab cakes. Pan-fry for 5 minutes each side and serve with a wedge of lemon.
