To Make Kashmiri Chai (Pink Tea/Noon Chai): Pour 2 cups water in a pot, add few crushed cardamom pods, 1 pc cinnamon sticks, 2-3 tsp green tea leaves and a pinch of baking soda. Bring to a boil until water reduced to a cup. Add 2 cups of cold water stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 2 cups of creamy boiled milk, salt and sugar (to taste) or (for Noon Chai only salt is added). Add few sliced almond and or pistachio, continue boiling (more you boil more strong tea you get.) Serve in a cup and enjoy.
