To make tea: Break off about 6-8 pieces stalks (about two inches long, including the flowers, leaves, & stems) into a cup pour boiling water & let steep for about 10-15 minutes, strain and may sweeten with honey. Drink 2-3 cups a day to boost your immune system when you feel sick.
