Sample Recipe: In a mixing bowl make batter with 1lb muffin mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter, 1-1 1/2 cup of mix of fruit, nuts or chocolate chips, and some spices or citrus zest for a nice touch. Pour in a 9x9” greased baking pan and spread. Bake in a preheated oven (350°F) for 55-65 min. or until done.
