Ingredients: Enriched durum semolina flour, dried red bell pepper, spices for flavor and coloring, wheat gluten, dehydrated egg white, dried mushroom, porcini paste, salt, onion, garlic. Contains wheat and eggs.
Recipe to prepare orzo:
Bring 2 1/2 cup lightly salted water or broth to a boil in a large sauce pan. Stir in 1 cup Orzo, cover, cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes, until all the water/broth is absorbed & orzo is soft and tender. Rinse lightly with oil & step aside for use.
1 cup dry Orzo yields approximately 2 cups cooked pasta
