Use 1/2 to 2 tsp. to 4 cups bread cubes for stuffing for poultry

Recipe for stuffing turkey with poultry seasoning:
In a sauce pan melt 3/4 cup butter or margarine, cook 1 chopped onion and 4 stalks of chopped celery until soft, add 2tsp ‘poultry seasoning’, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Add the mixture in 1lb dried bread cubes/ pcs until evenly coated. Add 1 cup chicken / turkey broth, mix well. Stuff the cavity of the 10-12lb turkey until it forms a delicious mound. Tie the leg, cover with aluminum foil, bake in the oven at 325 °F. Baste the turkey every hour. Take off the aluminum foil once turkey temp reaches 140°F. Remove from the oven, place in a cutting board and let rest covered for 30 minutes. Remove the stuffing, carve the turkey and enjoy.
