Salmon Rub Seasoning
Salmon Rub seasoning is the perfect blend of spices, adds the sweet, citrusy and spicy flavors to compliment the delicate taste of salmon and gives a nice crispy crust. Also can be used for grilling Tuna, Mahi-Mahi or Catfish fillets.
Orange Peel, Brown Sugar, Star Anise, Cumin, Coriander, Kosher Salt, Fennel Seed and Black Pepper.
Simple recipe to grill Salmon Fillet:
Rub 2tbsp seasoning evenly onto both sides of 2-pound Salmon fillet, letting it rest for 15-30 minutes. Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat. Grill the salmon, flesh side down, until charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook another 5 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, and the fish is no longer bright pink. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, and serve with grilled vegetables and lemon wedge.
