*Recommended Dosage: Steep ¼-1/2tsp pods in a cup of boiling water, may add some sliced fresh ginger, cover & steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, and drink (recommended to take before bedtime) while hot. Senna pods makes milder tea than Senna leaves and good for sensitive stomach.
