Spelt can be eaten in salads, soups, stews, curries or sides, or ground into flour and substituted for wheat flour in breads, pastas, cookies and other baked goods
Cooking Instruction: Add 1 cup Organic Spelt to 3 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes or until grains are chewy. Drain off any excess water.
