White sweet runner bean, also known as white Dutch runners, produce a creamy color bean with excellent flavor. When cooked, has a creamy, smooth meaty texture & very sweet flavor.
Add to soups and salads, to stews for a meaty texture, serve as a side dish.
Basic preparation: Wash, rise & soak overnight. Add 3 Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 60-90 minutes or until tender (add more water as needed). Whisk lightly, remove the floating foam.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups of cooked beans / Cup of dry beans
