Thissavory ‘Turkey roastseasoning adds a fantastic flavor and aroma to a roasted turkey, a holiday special.

Recipe to make Roasted Turkey:
Rinse (12-14lbs) fresh or thawed frozen turkey with cold water, pat dry. Brush turkey with oil, and stuff the turkey with the recipe at the bottom.
Season turkey over entire surface and under skin with 3-4tbsp ‘Turkey roast seasoning’ and salt to taste. Place turkey, breast-side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Cover loosely with heavy duty foil, add 1/2 cup water to pan, and place in the oven rack in lowest position.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325° for 60 minutes, remove foil, roast more 2 to 2 1/2 hours longer or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (175°F in thigh), basting occasionally with pan juices. Transfer turkey to a carving board, let stand 15-20 minutes before carving. Carve and serve with plenty of hot gravy made from pan juices, garnish with roasted vegetables, fresh rosemary, cranberries, if desired.
Recipe for Stuffing:
Mix 2-3tbsp ‘Stuffing Seasoning Mix’ with 2 quarts bread crumbs, 1 beaten eggs, salt & pepper (to taste), some chopped fresh vegetables, ½ cup fried onion, add enough water to moisten and toss.
