Ingredients: Black tea, turmeric, (Holy Basil) Ginger root, Cinnamon chips and ginger, cinnamon and vanilla flavor.
To Make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp tea, pour a cup of boiled water, steep for 10-15minutes, strain and add ½-1 cup warm milk of your choice (cow, almond, coconut, etc), add honey or other sweetener to taste and drink 1-2 times a day.
