Coriander, Cumin, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Cilantro, Paprika, Cardamom, Red Chili.
Simple recipe to prepare Indian style vegetable curry:
Add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan, stir fry 1 small chopped onion until translucent. Add 2tbsp ‘Vegetable Curry Masala’, add little water if needed, stir, add 1lb cut pieces of Vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add I cup of broth or water, and salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover & simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft & tender, serve steaming hot in a plate with basmati rice or flat bread.
