(Yu Chin Ch'a / Lucky Dragon Tea)
Hyson is a high quality tea, is made from young tea leaves, harvested shortly before the spring monsoon, are pan fried and thinly rolled to have a long, twisted leaf. When brewed makes a brilliant yellow liquor has a full-bodied, pungent taste, possessing a natural sweetness and nutty character.
To Make Tea: Add 1/2 tbsp of dry hyson green tea into your teapot. Pour 90°C (200°F) water & steep for approximately 1-2 minutes. Strain & serve.
